At Defected Character, we aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible while maintaining the quality and care that goes into every release.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 working days of purchase.
Please note that processing times may be longer during new releases, promotions, bank holidays or other busy periods.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your shipping details.
UK Shipping
We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom.
Estimated delivery times are:
- Standard delivery: 2–4 working days
- Express delivery (if available): 1–2 working days
Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
International Shipping
We are currently working on expanding our shipping options. International shipping may become available in the future.
Any customs duties, taxes or import charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will vary depending on the delivery option selected and your location.
Any free-shipping promotions will be clearly stated on the website.
Tracking Your Order
If tracking is available for your chosen shipping method, you will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delays and Lost Parcels
Defected Character is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, adverse weather conditions, customs procedures or other circumstances outside of our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase.
Defected Character cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
