Returns Policy

At Defected Character, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unworn and unwashed.
Be in its original condition.
Have all original tags and packaging attached.
Be free from stains, odours or damage.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to stock availability, particularly for limited-edition releases.

If your requested size is unavailable, a refund will be issued once the original item has been returned and inspected.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@defectedcharacter.co.uk.

Please include:

Your order number.
A description of the issue.
Clear photographs of the item.

We will arrange a replacement, exchange or full refund as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service, as Defected Character cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
